Telephoto Tuesday

While many of you were enjoying the feeling of Autumn several weeks ago, the season of colorful leaves and crisp, cool weather was, as usual, slow to arrive in my home state. Yet, suddenly, there it was. Fall! The cool weather lured me outside and to the nearby river where I caught the light and its shadows dancing among the silvery ripples.

Lovely! I'm wondering what river that is? We have the Chatahoochee around here, but it's not so big. That reminds me of the Potomac River in the DC area. Again, I LOVE your new look!

Beautiful...We were on a field trip today to a local cavern and it began with an hour bus ride. I sat next to one of my more rambunctious students, but today he was less active, transfixed by the scenery. I thought he was admiring the hill country of the Central Plains that we had just learned about weeks prior....No, he was counting the number of political posters attached to the ranch fences across the area.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed helping tally the different posters all the while enjoying the change of colors that surprisingly appeared along the way. Thanks for sharing the lovely photo.

Looks like a great place to visit and think. We had a fall storm last night that blew most of the fall leaves off of the trees. So goes fall!

Roban just wanted to say thanks for sharing your story about inclusion/exclusion. It is always heartwarming to read my blog friends intimate life experiences.

Have a relaxing Sunday, mine is over and I'm off to bed.
