I Was a Teenager's Mom Today...

Chauffering my daughter from
one social engagement
to the next one.

She watched a movie with one
set of friends, and then
she went ice skating
with another set.

Then dinner, and
I was invited.

We had other things
to do today, but
this was way
more fun.

How fun! I hope I can be involved like that in Laurel's life when she is older (and that she is not embarrassed of me!). I know it must have been great for you to get to watch her have fun with her friends.

I know I'm not really getting my wishes in on time. The truth is, it's just after midnight, but I still had to come by and wish you the merriest Christmas season ever. I want to thank you for making my life richer by sharing your blog and by reading mine. You are a blessing to me. Merry, merry Christmas, my friend. May the coming week bring you laughter, joy, short returns lines, and lots of good deals at the after-Christmas sales. ;^) Much love, Relyn
